I can change the percentage breakdown but I can’t change the cancellation clause. We aren’t even really supposed to give 25% down payment but we are trying to help you guys out off the books. If for whatever reason the show has to cancel we’d let you guys reschedule the date without charge, that is standard practice with production especially it being outside and so weather permitting. I can add a clause about a sound check 45 minutes before showtime if need be too. The contractor additionally insured doesn’t pertain to you guys since we are doing the entire production and there is no other production crew coming so I’d disregard that clause. It is just procedural if you guys hired say your own rigging guy separate from us

It’s signed Tpat pay however you feel is best money man

We’re actually looking to send the $ through the payment link using our bank account rather than Zelle, and I think the $11,750 amount will have to be changed to $5,875 on that link for us to send it through. Otherwise it’d take a couple days to initiate funds transfer to where we can use Zelle. Once that amount is changed I can send it in asap.
